We have added a publication to our series of Study Papers, in which we publish selected Master’s theses of graduates of the Master Programme in European and European Legal Studies. This paper was written by Maryna Rabinovych (Class of 2015) on the The Notion of the Rule of Law in the EU’s Rule of Law Promotion Activities. It analyses the scope of the notion of the “rule of law” within the context of EU’s rule of law promotion activities while developing respective indicators.
