Rent conditions
- According to the rules of the non-profit making foundation Europa-Kolleg Hamburg, the accommodation will be offered only to international and national scientific staff and students.
- Rental only occurs in full months for at least 6 months. In exceptional cases, a shorter rent period is sometimes possible (subject to availability).
- A deposit will not be charged.
- The rent is payable by bank transfer at the beginning of each month.
- The costs for heating, water, internet connection, 4-6 weeks cleaning and use of the shared facilities are contained in the rent.
- Bed linen and electricity costs are not included in the rent. The electricity usage will be read monthly and bills for the total usage produced.
- With the first rent a one-time final cleaning fee of € 200-300 is due (depending on the size of the apartment).
