Rent conditions
- According to the rules of the non-profit making foundation Europa-Kolleg Hamburg, the accommodation will be offered only to international and national academics and students.
- Rental only occurs in full months
- A deposit will not be charged
- The rent is payable by bank transfer at the beginning of each month
- The costs for heating, water, internet connection, monthly cleaning, bed linen and use of the shared facilities are contained in the rent
- Electricity costs are not included in the rent. The electricity usage will be read monthly and bills for the total usage produced
