We have added a publication to our series of Study Papers, in which we publish selected Master’s theses of graduates of the Master Programme in European and European Legal Studies. This paper was written by Mrudul Dadhich (Class of 2015) on the Regulation Of Vertical Mergers Under European Union Law: Lessons To Be Learnt By Other Jurisdictions and illustrates what lessons Indian competition law can draw from the European Union as a role-model for an efficient system.
