We have added a publication to our series of Study Papers, in which we publish selected Master’s theses of graduates of the Master Programme in European and European Legal Studies. This paper was written by Rong Zheng (Class of 2016) on Settlement Procedure in EU Commission’s Competition Law Enforcement – A “Negotiation” Game between the Commission and Cartelists. It provides an overview of settlement procedure and discusses its significance for the EU Commission.
