A total of three new discussion papers are now available on our website. All of them were written by Novitet Nezaj, who spent a number of months as a visiting research fellow at the Europa-Kolleg Hamburg in 2014. His stay was made possible by a DAAD research grant.
in his series of papers Nezaj addresses „The development of Kosovo and its relationship with the EU”, taking a look at Kosovo’s path from being a part of ex-Yugoslavia to its current status. In part two he takes a closer look at „Kosovo’s transformation into a market economy”, in order to then examine in the third part how „The development of competition law in Kosovo” unfolded and what challenges remain today.
