The MEELS Class of 2022/2023 recently concluded their academic journey with a graduation ceremony that acknowledged exceptional achievements and contributions. Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Markus Kotzur, LL.M. (Duke), Director of Studies, the event featured a keynote by Prof. Dr. van der Zee and musical interludes by Ms. Julia Cao. Certificates were conferred by Prof. Dr. Markus Kotzur, recognizing the academic accomplishments of the graduates and officially marking the end of their academic chapter. Representing the Class of 2022/2023, Ms. Ljiljana Medan delivered a graduation speech that reflected on shared experiences and aspirations.

Noteworthy recognition goes to Ms. Fardina Ahrari and Ms. Fang Wang, recipients of the Best Master Thesis Prize awarded by the Edmund Siemers Foundation. Each winner was granted 1000 euros for their outstanding contributions. We extend our sincere gratitude to the Edmund Siemers Foundation for recognizing and rewarding academic excellence in the form of the Best Master Thesis Prize. Their support plays a pivotal role in nurturing a culture of innovation and scholarly achievement within our institution.
