From July 19-21 the 13th annual congress of the Societas Iuris Publici Europaei (SIPE) will take place in Hamburg. This event is jointly supported by the Federal Chancellor Helmut Schmidt Foundation and the Europa-Kolleg Hamburg, as well as the Bucerius Law School.
SIPE is an association of European Public Law Scholars and was founded in Frankfurt/M. in April 2003. The goal of the society, as an academic forum, is to discuss and clarify questions of public law in Europe including its impact on the legal system as a whole.
