In the beginning of November 2014, Prof. Dr. Kotzur, Prof. Dr. Martin Nettesheim, Prof. Dr. Fabian Wittreck and Dr. Oliver Eberl, as part of a German/ Brasilian network meeting, attended a conference of the Instituto Brasiliense de Direito Público (IDP), Brasilia / Brasil, entitled “Globalization of Law and the social fundamental rights”. In this context, they mainly talked about the “Cooperation of Courts in a political Multi – level – system”.
Moreover they visited the Brazilian senate and several universities in the country.
The work of the German/ Brasilian network will be continued and the Europa – Kolleg Hamburg, as well as the University of Hamburg shall be more involved in future times.
