Prof. Dr. Peter Behrens will hold lectures on European Company Law as a Recurring Visiting Professor at the Central European University in Budapest as part of the study programme „Master of Laws in International Business Law“ between the 5th and the 23rd of October. The course is intended to provide students with a better understanding of the reasons why legal systems based on market economies have developed different types of business organization.
