Prof. Dr. Peter Behrens is going to hold lectures at the Central European University (CEU) in Budapest from Sept 25th – Oct 10th, 2017. He will be teaching a class on “Fundamental Concepts of European Company Law”, as part of the LL.M. program “International Business Law”.
