We have added a publication to our series of Study Papers, in which we publish selected Master’s theses of graduates of the Master Programme in European and European Legal Studies. This paper was written by Visiola Pula (Class of 2015) on Public Procurement in the Internal Market: Free Movement of Goods and Freedom to Provide Services. It compares the regulatory framework applied to the free movement of goods and services and the PP regime. The main focus thus lies on the jurisdiction of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
