We have added a publication to our series of Study Papers, in which we publish selected Master’s theses of graduates of the Master Programme in European and European Legal Studies. This paper was written by Sebastián Aznárez López de Guereño (Class of 2015) on The applicability of EU law on procedural and substantive issues to arbitration proceedings. It presents the main characteristics of EU law and arbitration in order to undertake a comparative analysis between both to correctly assess the problems of their co-existence.
