Tonight the Europa-Kolleg – Institute for European Integration is holding a new research seminar.
The seminar intends to give researchers affiliated to the Institute – and especially our visiting guest researchers – the opportunity to present their research and to discuss current trends in Law, Politics and Economics in an interdisciplinary setting. The seminar will take place once a month and will start in September.
The first presentation will be delivered by our visiting guest researcher Michele Francaviglia, Sapienza University, Rome. The topic of Michele’s research at the Kolleg is “Analysis of the European Court of Justice’s ‘free balance’ technique to solve the conflicts between fundamental rights”.
Furthermore our visting guest researcher Madalina Dobrescu will present her work entitled “Beyond peacebuilding: The EU’s ‘normalisation’ and ‘stabilisation’ approach in the Eastern Neighbourhood”.
